Our objective is to provide you high-level customer service and ensure that you are satisfied. If we have not placed a qualified tenant within 60 days of marketing your property and you wish to cancel your service with us, you can do so with no penalties.

RULES FOR THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

We ask that you provide us with 30 days written notice so we can finalize with any interested potential tenants. Our goal is to return the property to you in the same or better condition than it was given to us.

Our thought is that you should not have to pay a property management company until they are able to produce some results. It is our commitment to you to do all of the necessary duties up front, before we accept payment. We will aggressively market your property, show the property, screen tenants, secure a lease, collect the security deposit and do a move-in inspection all before we get paid. We will only get paid once we have a qualified tenant who takes possession of the property.

We do not charge any set-up fees, marketing fees or try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Your Property, Our Priority – this is proven as we align our interest with yours, which is to rent the property for as much as possible and as quickly as we can.
